Kent Bohanon

Emily Townzen joined our team in 2011 as a Customer Care Representative, focusing on account management and payments. She is the first friendly face you’ll see when entering our lobby. Emily’s favorite part of her job is teaching customers to understand insurance. She enjoys not only helping families protect their assets and save money, but also providing the peace that comes with proper coverage.

Emily is a Paducah native, St. Mary graduate, and an avid reader. She resides in her hometown with her husband, three dogs, and three cats. Emily’s guilty pleasure is watching truly terrible movies. “The worse the B-grade acting, the better!”

Michael Jett joined our team in 2015 as a Multiple Line Representative. Michael focuses on assisting customers when first joining the State Farm family. He enjoys meeting new people, while creating a custom plan to achieve their goals. By completing a liability and insurance overview, Michael helps customers protect their families and their future.

Michael graduated from the University of Tennessee. Before settling in Paducah, he lived in South Florida as well as Chattanooga. Michael and his wife enjoy spending time with their three dogs and volunteering at Healing Projects, a local non-profit committed to orphan care both locally and globally. Michael also loves camping, fishing, hunting, and college football.

Celeste Suiter joined our team in 2019 as a Multiple Line Representative. She is licensed in Auto, Fire, Life, and Health. Celeste’s passion is educating people about the importance of insurance. She enjoys communicating insurance complexities in a manner that is easily understood. We call it a simple conversation. Her customers walk away informed and knowing they made the right decisions for their families.

Celeste is originally from Chicago, having moved to our area in middle school. After graduating from Graves County High, she attended Mid-Continent University. Celeste and her husband now live in Paducah with their four daughters, two cats, two dogs, hedgehog, and bearded dragon. Celeste’s favorite hobby is crafting. She uses her talents to create decorations and personalized items.

Katelyn Austin joined our team in 2018 as a Customer Care Representative, focusing on claims. As our claims advocate, Katelyn helps ensure our customers have a successful outcome during the most difficult times of their life – a car wreck, a home fire, and beyond. She helps navigate the claims process by addressing any associated questions or concerns. Katelyn's favorite part of her job is helping our customers when they need it most. She enjoys turning a negative life event into a positive experience with State Farm.

While originally from Princeton, Katelyn eventually moved to Bowling Green where she attended Western Kentucky University. Following graduation, Katelyn relocated to Paducah. Katelyn loves traveling and cooking with her two children. She also has a passion for reading, sunflowers, and glitter.

Daniel joined our team in 2023 as an Account Representative. He is an avid learner and seeks to help others. His passion is to guide people in their understanding of insurance and what's right for them.After growing up in West KY and attending the University of Kentucky, Daniel spent a decade serving businesses in Western KY. He is a proud father and husband. He enjoys spending time with his family in conversations, playing board games, and growing in his faith.
