ROLE DESCRIPTIONAs Insurance Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Kent Bohanon - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments.   • Build Relationships Develop leads, schedule appointments, and recommend tailored insurance solutions.
  • Consultative Sales Assess risks and provide personalized coverage options.
  • Achieve Goals Partner on marketing strategies and meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Teamwork Thrive in a collaborative, service-oriented environment.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Licensing Requirements Must obtain Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses (assistance provided).
  • Insurance Sales Experience Prior experience in Property & Casualty insurance sales preferred.
  • Proven Sales Success A track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals in any sales environment.
  • Exceptional Communication Skills Strong verbal and written skills to engage and educate clients.
  • Customer-Centric Mindset Dedication to outstanding service and relationship-building.
  • Tech-Savvy Proficient with computer systems, CRMs, and Windows environments.

Compensation $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
