Key Responsibilities
- Use customer-focused, needs-based conversations to educate clients about insurance options.
- Generate leads, schedule appointments, and identify client needs.
- Promote appropriate products and services to meet customer goals.
- Collaborate with the agent to establish and achieve marketing targets.
- Uphold a strong work ethic with a commitment to integrity and excellence.
Office HoursMonday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
Requirements No previous insurance experience is required. We seek enthusiastic individuals who are committed to learning and growing.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous sales experience.
- Proven success in meeting sales targets.
- Strong communication skills (written, verbal, and auditory).
- Self-motivated and results-driven.
- Ability to deliver presentations to potential clients.
- Experience with setting and achieving marketing goals.
Licensing Requirements
- Property & Casualty License (must be obtained after hire).
- Life & Health License (must be obtained after hire).
